Does raising of e way bill mandatory in case of inter state stock transfer even if value of invoice is less than 50,000/-

No, it is not mandatory if the invoice value is less that Rs. 50,000/-

No need E-Way bill if less than Rs. 50000. But, You E-way bill then You can create Volundary.

But, Based on GST E-Way Bill... And Also GOOD ARTICLE and Definitely helpful to All for who create self / own E-Way Bill....

Also another link article says only rule. It's not helpful to newers....! What is in E-Way bill rule in GST act that only the article. No more difference...
