if a register person sell goods to a consumer within state of rs 50000. is he require to generate E-way bill?

Every registered person who causes movement of goods, whether interstate or intrastate, is required to generate an e-way bill when the consignment value of the goods is more than Rs. 50,000. This occurs electronically before the movement of goods begins.
