e way bill
a registered supplier make a supply worth rs 65000 to an unregistered buyer.buyer himself take the delivery of good and leave shop.in this scenario eway bill has to be generated or not?

in my opinion. ans is yes caz for e-way bill transportation is embedded factor.movement shud be there. even the terms in whole rule is defined as consignor consignee, which is in case of transportation . transportation also include own conveyance. recipient can also generate e-way in this case
