e.way bil issue

I work in aluminum company and I supply to customer and I issue 2 sale invoice 1st invoice value is 23000 and 2nd is 32000 then how to required e.way bil in this condition

please suggest

If both were sent in one conveyance i.e., single lorry then since total.value is exceeding Rs. 50000 E way bill is required and since two invoices were raised, two e way bills is required.

if you are selling intrastate you don't have need to raise an eway bill otherwise you have to raise different bill for every invoice.

ewaybill is required for movement of the goods when the value of consignment cross 50000/-.

if the goods pertaining to both invoices are moving under one vehicle then you have to generate 2 ewaybills irrespective whether it is intra state or interstate.

If the goods are moving interstate or intrastate separately under two separate invoices and not in one conveyance then Ewaybill is not required.

please note state limits are different in each state for Ewaybill. few states have 1lac. so if the goods are moving in such states then no Ewaybill till that limit.
