This is happening due to your mobile no or name as per PAN or Date of Birth As per PAN is not matched with Adhar Card so first update your Adhar card with PAN details after that again try to e verify. if not done then you can sign the acknowledgment copy and send it to the CPC at Bangalore.for more information click here...
