while adding bank account i am getting only validated. but evc enabled not getting.
while the enable evc in action again it will go back to validate page.
' EVC Enable' facility is available for only one bank account. So, if any of the account is already EVC Enabled, enabling other account won't succeed.
Generally, for newly added account, it takes some time before it gets EVC enabled.
Also check the KYC status of the newly added bank account with bank, as all the data like mobile no etc. should match with that of IT site.
