E-tds rpu

Hi Friends, I need a clarification can anyone help me ?

I want to open a TDS file which pertaining to F.Y.2012-2013,in latest E-TDS RPU version 3.9, but i'm unable to open it.

Is that the TDS file which has been filed through old E-TDS RPU version cannot open in the new version ?

If yes, can anyone having the old version of E - TDS RPU software prior to version 3.7.

Kindly help me to solve this.
