I use saral- tds software for filing my e tds return.. My client paid tds for 2nd qtr by cheque. My software show me a error report that chueque as mode of payment is not not acceptable for AY14-15 and your e return wiil be invalid. Now What can i do?

Change pay mode!
Since TDS is already deposited & you must have received Acknowledgement of it so it is sufficientt.
