I want to know about e - tds filing due dates, actual due date for 1st qtr 15th july 2009 for the FY 2009-10. But we have a news on tds that e - tds can be filed once for whole one year. sir please help me wht is the exact e - tds due dates for the FY 2009 - 10.
if we filed e-tds after due what will be happn? is there any penalty or interest . sir pls help me...

There was a notification where it was stated that return once in a year. But now THE NOTIFICATION IS KEPT PENDING INDEFINATELY. so you file as per last year 15/7,15/10,15/1,15/6. penallty 100 per day of default
