whether quarterly return under form 24c and annual return in form 24Q,26Q are mandatory for financial year 2009-2010 ?

NOW GO ON OLD PROCEDURE, FORM 24C HELD IN ABEYANCE AS PER CIRCULAR DATED 30TH JUN'09, THEREFORE FILE YOUR QUARTERLY RETURNS IN OLD FORMAT I.E . FOR QTR END JUN'09 (REQUIRED TO FILR TILL 15TH JUL'09) TILL NEW CIRCULARS COME OUT ON THIS SUBJEC.
