How to file e-sugam form for imports? While on line filing the system asks for TIN of the seller. It will be not there in case of imports, since the seller is an overseas supplier so not registrerd in India. Can this be treated as purchse from unregistred dealer?
suppose you are import location is within state you have to mention the same tin nuber which you already have.
second one if your import location is in other state u have to register a under vat act of lacal sales tax and mention that tin number and file the monthly nil return in that state.
