We are purchasing Phone equipments from Chennai based company worth Rs.3,00,000. Our company is in Bangalore and are registered with Karnataka VAT ( Our business is 100% software consultancy company ).
Now the problem is supplier is asking is to provide e-sugam form .Kindly guide me how to get e-sugam ? Who has to issue e-sugam ?

Issuance of e-Sugam is a online process, if your company is a registered dealer of KVAT act, then surely you have a login ID and Password for KVAT website i.e. www.vat.kar.nic.in.
You can log on the said website through ID and PW you will find the module of e-sugam. Provide the Invoice and Transportation details and upload the e-Sugam form.
