Regarding Tamilnadu VAT:

Who all need to file return VAT return in electronic Format?

What is the limit?

Who all need to pay taxes only through online?

dear sathyanarayanan, all person liable to vat are need to file there return in electronic formate, tax liability paid by challan 210 in bank detail of which are given in return, due date for payment is 21 of next month in which liabilities is arise & due date for e filling is last day of that month, there is no need to pay taxes online till now
