E-pmnt for exam form can be made by ANY BANK'S Ddebit card!

Hi Friends i submitted a query to E sahayataa regarding E-pmt of exam form thru ANY BANK'S debit card and they replied in affirmative.

Grievance Remark(s) :

18/01/2011	Dear Student, credit/Debit card of any bank which is VISA/Master enabled is acceptable
17/01/2011	Dear Student, payment for online exam form would only be accepted through VISA / Mastercard Credit/Debit card. More than one person can pay from the same Credit/Debit card.

Just one thing i wanna know from you all whether State bank of india and Union bank's Debit cards areVisa/ Master acceptable (as referred in reply by E-sahaytaa)

if yes, then is there a procedur to activate Visa/Master Card in debit card? or something like that..pls reply?

hey frnd as per my knowledge sbi debit cards do not work,...coz sbi is a MAESTRO CARD NOT MASTER CARD,..

SBI site had the following note aboutdebit card being used as VISA-

3D Secure is a new service from State Bank Group, in association with Visa and MasterCard^® that lets you shop online securely with your existing State Bank Group

Debit Card which may be used only on merchant websites that subscribe to services of "Visa^® "Verified By Visa™" (VbV)" or "MasterCard^® SecureCode™" respectively.
