any experience of submitting grievances or quick redressal by using e-nivaran. please share

A person known to me has submitted request under e-Nivaran on 28th Aug 2016. Status still is Pending.
In my post in this forum, I have been informed that time limit defined under the scheme is one month. So, let's wait till 28th Sept and see the outcome.

As far as I know, every time limit is directory in nature...

Yes, Sorry to write that e-Nivaran seems to be on paper only. One month is over on 28 Sept and there is no chabge in status. It remains "Pending"
