In todays modern world, letters, office memos and instructions are replaced by E mails. Not only in companies but also in terms of personal messages, we use e-mails as one of the prime souce to communicate. A good material on understanding Body language.
Even though, you don't have time to read the whole text, but still seeing the picture and their narations, you will get to know many things about the body language. So just sharing here.
