For a dealer above 5 crore he doing recharge business by the way of B2CS through electronic receipts.
Is it we need to generate E-invoice for the same?

As of now, e-invoicing is not applicable to B2C transactions. However, the law requires certain entities (to whom e-invoicing is applicable) to generate and print a dynamic QR code for B2C invoices.

The government is planning to make GST e-invoicing mandatory for companies with a turnover of Rs 5 crore and above, thus bringing the threshold down from the current Rs 20 crore, according to a government official.
