My turnover was above 5 crore in F. Y. 18-19, since than it was reduce upto 4 crore
from f. y. 19-20 to 22-23 so can i apply for E-Invoice yes or no.

As per Notification 10/2023 CT : If you have aggregate turnover 5 crore in any preceeding Financial years starting from fy 2017-18 you are liable to generate E-invoice.
