can anyone please tell me that is there is any eform to be filed for section 301 of companies act 1956.? IF yes then which form ?

Hi Shreya,
There is no e-form for a transaction attracting section 301 of the Companies Act, 1956. It talks about registers regarding interested directors only. The register of contracts must be updfated. Thats all.
