For Government employees march salary given to april 1st day or working day but all other months paid in every month end. i want to file E-TDS return. whether i want include the march salary in 4th quarter or 1st quarter of nex year?

in govt department a/c manitain cash basis so, march salary paid in april than this salary included in first quarter.

as per my knowledge it must be included in 4Q.

TDS is deducted when amount is credited to that employee's account or paid whichever is earlier. So here, date of credit should be checked to see if it falls in the Q4 or not?
