May I know the persons who are compulsorily required to file their DVAT return electronically.

Dear CA. Sunil Garg,
Every assessee who is required to file his DVAT Return Monthly, Quarterly and in some cases Half-Yearly also (Passwords sent by post)......... are required to file their DVAT Return Electronically.......
