E-FILING LOGIN - INTERNAL ERROR OR CONTACT IT ADMINISTRATOR

Hi Everybody, I'm not able to register for two people using their PAN. The message 'Internal Error!!!. Please try after some time or contact IT Administrator if the problem persists' appears on the screen. I have been trying for more than 10 days. Other returns i am able to file. Pls help our regarding this I have attached the page also

Dear Friend ,

you are using Google chrome or Safari browser ,this problem is with browser not with income tax department site .so use Internet explorer ,no such problem in IE .However you can use Chrome after registration i.e for login purpose.

Rajan Sir is very right, I too faced this kinda problem few days ago. but now i m using IE to register with IT site.

This no got deleted in IT department, (due to double pan card issue releted case)

kindly contact IT commissioner/IT officer regarding this issue and ask them to reactive this no. or ask them which no. you have been aloted instead of this no... sure they will help you out.

Personally I too facing this kinda problem due to double PAN card issue or due to same name and DOB releted issue,

In ITD they are checking, is there any no. is being issued to the same person (they check name, d.o.b. and father name) so there may be some one else Hari kumar janardhan, or you had been issued PAN card before (maybe you had applied this after not getting first PAN card).

whatever case maybe. so kindly contact with IT department, they have right to reopen or reallot PAN no.

hi all i was given wrong e-mail adress when i was creating registration and i am not able loging in to the income tax return file can anyone tell me how to solve this problam.
