if commission income is more than 2.5 laks can we file itr3 nonmainatain a/c

In ITR 3 audit info colum (a) Are you liable to maintain account as per section 44 AA ? (tick)... Yes or No.... What to do tick ?

For above referred case..........

(a)

Are you liable to maintain accounts as per section 44AA?

............................ Yes...........

(b)

Are you liable for audit under section 44AB?

...................................... NO.

In no auditable case is above my question but as per 44 AA income is more than 2.5 laks then yes or no?

For maintaining books of accounts as per section 44AA of IT act......... Yes.

My wife post com. Income 2.6 laks I field itr3 on 17/06/18 I field in non maintain a/c. I debited 85120 expenses and n. पी. 175380 also sundry debtor 75450 and cash bal. 45120 mentioned.
Now I received mail today that your return Disallowances/Defects indetified
There is no any notice no. And instractuded me to submit p/l and b/s so what to do?
I revise it with p/l & b/s? There is no any ref. no. In notice also there is no any ref. no. on my I tax portal so pls. to guide me
