Can I otp for composition scheme for E commerce like flipkart ???

No, You cannot opt for composition scheme if you want to sell through e commerce website like Amazon and flipkart.

No if you make supply through thro e-commerce.  You become inelinelig to opt for compositionc

No. you have take separate registration for each and every state from where you are conducting your business and making supply of goods or services.

I want to supply goods from Mumbai to any where in India but registration is at Bihar

You mean to supply goods purchased from others in Mumbai directly to your customer. In that case you may bill it to your client from your Bihar regn. (Bill To- ship to)
