In the case of C2C transactions, a plea can be taken that no GST is leviable as such supplies are not made in the course or furtherance of business.

But there is a supply. of services by quicker in the course or furtherance of business means it is giving u a platform to sell used goods!
Quicker don't charge from buyer and seller rather it charge for classifieds posted by company's. Quicker charge fee from those who does paid advertisement on their site or buy space. On this services Quicker charge GST in normal course of business and payable to Govt. after adjusting ITC.

I have small online store, where I sell clothes. Firstly, it was difficult, because I did not  know anything about e commerce. For my online store I chose the magento  extension platform. It is  free. Recently I added  some new plugins  on https://www.aitoc.com now customers can preorder clothes  in my clothes store.
