Facts :- Whether a website that purchased goods from different vendors and sells them on its website under its own billing will fall under E commerce operator in GST

If falls under E-commerce then what are the compliances of TCS.?

“electronic commerce operator” means any person who owns, operates or
manages digital or electronic facility or platform for electronic commerce;

thanks Hiren but problem is that whether we are falling under this definition or not.
As the company is buying product on its own name and after buying sell the same on its website on its own billing name in addition company charges margin and shipping cost.

E-commerce are aggregators and act like agents. They get commission on sales. They do not do any billing directly niether do they own any stock.
You will not came under E commerce since you buy and then sale and billing is done in your name.

Why not to choose magento 2 extension platform? It is free. My friends recommend me to use it for my online project. I decided to try it and I pleased with the results.
