Dear Sir,
We are receiving the communication (e Campaign) from ITD with DIN on account of High value transactions. On verification of the same, certain interest entries on FDS, and saving bank accounts reported in 26AS are not considered in the computation. Now I am ready to pay the tax, but for filing the revised return time is over by 31/03/2022 for the Assessment year 2021-2022. How do I pay that tax and file the revised return. Kindly advise.

There is no procedure notified as if now for those who missed info as given in e campaign whe filing ITR. As of now you can accept the income whichever is found correct and deny which is not. If you get any intimation from the department to pay the differential tax you may do that at that time.
You can file Updated Return of Income as proposed in Finance Budget 2022 once the functionality is rolled out. However, you will have to check if the same is applicable for AY 2021-22

Tax can be paid now from NSDL e tax payment system through self assessment tax.

SELF ASSESMENT TAX CAN BE PAID ALONGWITH INTEREST . IN CASE EFILING HAS TO BE DONE IT CAN BE DONE UPTO THE END OF RELEVANT ASSESMENT YEAR 22 -23
Since deadline is over , you can't do e filing now .You must take prior approval from ITO
