E bill with 20km

i am selling goods within 20 km to party but bill amount is above Rs.1,00,000/-. i will arise eway bill ?

yes. you should generate e-way bill.

ok thanks , transporter all gstn or transporter id available , but miniauto not both , at the time how enter transporter details

sorry wrong typing, transporter (lorry) available gst number or transporter id , but goods sent by miniauto, miniauto not gst numebr and id, at the time how enter transporter details,

Yes. such cases only you can enter the driver name in place of transporter ID/GSTIN in part B. Enter the vehicle details correclty. You can generate E-way bill without any error.

There is no Distance Relaxation In eway bill , it was earlier that upto 10 km u can send your material to Transporter place by Generating A part for further delivery but it increased to 50 km by noti.12/2018.

Distance clause is 50 kms now for intra state only but not applicable in inter state.

So There is no such rexlation of distance in Eway bill , if consignment value exceed to 50k, move by Motorised conveyance , eway is mandatory.
