we sales to otherstate party but goods delivery in local we made ebill ?

If your state has notified the generation of e way bill for intra state movement of goods and value exceeds Rs 50,000 and you are registered dealer then E-way bill is compulsory.

If intra-state E-way bill is started in your state , then E-way for same is mandatory, else No need (As goods are being move within state)

If the invoice value is less 50,000 and
the mode of transport is non-motor vehicle, Then E-way bill is not necessary.
