As per my knowledge, i think following are E&Y's associates in India-

2. S.R. Batliboi & Associates
3. Arthur Andersen
4. P.D. Desai & Co.
5. S.V. Ghatalia & Associates.
I dont have any idea about any latest acquisitions, if any.
