DYING OF JUTE CLOTH IS TAXABLE IN SERVICE TAX IF YES THEN WHAT S THE RATE OF TAX?

If dying is undertaken as job work, then only question of service tax arises. See whether dying itself amounts to manufacture under central excise. If it is not manufacture, service tax liability arises, otherwise excise duty liability arises.
