I have a product that I import by the name of "Electroluminiscent Wire or EL wire" . It is esentially a type of light but is made up of copper wire coated with phosphor and covered with PVC. I would like to know if the product is exempted under Dvat or if not what is the applicable rate on it.
It is clear above Item is not exempted
and Goods not specified in any other schedule taxable @ 12.5%
