In case we have taken the AC on hire then on such hiring charges Dvat & Service tax both applicable If Yes then tell me the section under DVAT

DVAT ACT HAVE HAD REPLACE 4 ACTS.HAVE A BIRD EYE VIEW OF SEC.2(ZD)SALE PRICE.
