If you're exhibited your goods at your own in the exhibition by your own supplements, then you have to get registered as Casual Trader (if not registered under DVAT Act yet).
When You are registered under DVAT, if you are sending goods for the exhibition to another dealer or party (whether registered or not), who have to fill normal sale bill to casual dealer.
It must assure that there must proper stock record for the goods sent and proof of movement of goods and due tax must be paid by the party within time prescribed.
If not comply with the provisions of DVAT for exhibition cum sale , then as per Sec 86 (23) there shall be penalty of Rs. 50000/- or the amount of tax payable (whichever is higher).
Regards & Thanx
