Though the entry No. 166 of the IIIrd Sch. which contained the "Nuts and Bolts' has been deleted with effect from 01.04.2010 still the "Nuts and Bolts and fasteners" fall under entry No. 91 of the IIIrd Sch, and so are taxable at @ 5%.
