when i file the itr on the incometaxefilling.gov.in then there is some problem is happening

if i add 38629 in the total income side column
then the income tax is nil

It is better to refer to Part B of form16 while filing ITR because deductions for the year would not have been taken into account in the column amount paid/credited. Also it is not clear how you got 38629 and other information.

Information that you have given is incomplete to answer your query. One possibility I could think of is perhaps the rebate u/s 87A is not considered in form 16 which is being reflected in ITR.

i am going to file dvat04 but we dont have an address proof i.e the office is in the name of owner father and there is no a rent is received

For address proof u can take electricity bill or telephone bill in the name of owner's father because his father is the owner of the office & u should also take a noc from the owner
