I want to know that when the DVAT 30 & 31 is to be filed with the Department. Is it filed with the DVAT Return ? Should I prepare it regularly?

It should file with return hence you'll have no choice to prepare it regularly.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
