Duty of directors

1. Not to get involve in a situation where his interest may conflict with the interest of company. 2. Perform due diligence while discharging his duties. 3. He can not assign his office to any other person. 4. Act in accordance with the article. 5. He should not achieve any undue advantage from company either for himself or for anyone.
