Tell me the term & condition, procedure of duty drawback in case of deemed export by 100% EOU

There are no restriction or not any % decided for payment to Excise duty .

Deemed export is when a domestic unit sells goods to an 100% EOU.

Now deemed export by an EOU will be in case of sale to an EOU i.e sale by an EOU to another EOU.

It would not attract any duty in first instance, hence no question of refund or drawback.
