Duty drawback
If goods are exported to say a co in japan.. but bill is raised and amt recvd from company's subsidiary in india.. will the exporter be eligible for duty drawback?

Yes it will be elegible for DBK because final destination point of goods is Japan i.e. Export and goods will be known as exported goods.

please let me know further process of documentation or submission of documents to customs after receiving credit of duty drawback claimed.
