Please tell me duties of company secretary when a public company is converted into a private company and also when a preivate company company is converted into a public company

See the procedure to convert it in file or Article section afterthat u wii himself able to know duties of CS.
Some duties are necessary form filing, Holding BM / AGM & prepare BM/AGM , duties to intimate stock exchange
