Even I have seen this case. This is unfair to other students who are actually doing their articleship and taking out time for tuition and studies. We should all protest against this injustice. the ppl with dummy articleship are nt even completing their course fully as 3 yrs of articleship is mandatory and we have to bring this to institutes notice.
pls guys lets do smthing.

Dear Mr. RS,
I went through you entire activity in this forum.
It seems like you are a frustrated jobseeker, who keeps on thinking that, others are not as deserving as him, but they still get job and snatch his job opportunities.
Mr. Most Deserving, I think that the industry, and more specifically the recruiters, are much more mature than you to determine who are deserving candidates and who are not.
(Honorable CCI Members it doesn't mean that I am endorsing so called "Dummy CAs" or I am approving that students who are taking dummy are doing right. I am a Chartered Accountant and I completed my articleship with utmost devotion, I know the importance of articleship).
But there may be genuine reasons for which a person may not successfully complete his articleship:
1. Monetary or Financial needs: There are needy persons who are not as blessed as Mr. Deserving to have sufficient financial resources. We all know, that, what we get as stipend, during our articleship period, is just sufficient to meet our conveyance (nothing else). So to meet his and his family members' financial requirements he has to do job instead of doing articleship. (It doesn't mean that he doesn't know any thing or is not deserving. he may be much more knowledgeable and able than our beloved, Mr. Deserving).
2. Inadequate Exposure: Other reason could be, the lack of exposure during articleship, in the firm in which a student is doing articleship. Of course, there are many of us, who desire more and more knowledge and work, than what Mr. Deserving is willing to do. And we all know the transfer process of the Institute is very tedious. This makes them to do job in good companies, which give them more exposure and makes them more able than Mr. Deserving.
But I am strictly against those who take dummy just to enjoy their life. Theoretical knowledge must accompany practical training to manufacture a quality CA.
So Mr. Deserving, now stop diffusing poison in this community, which is providing us such a wonderful platform for sharing knowledge, which you (Mr. Deserving) are least interested in.
You will be getting what is rightfully yours, no one can stop you from getting that. Those who are getting jobs must be much more deserving.
I am surprised to see the loser attitude of yours. What you will get by complaining against them. This is going to lead you nowhere. You will get benefitted in no way.
So Mr. Deserving hold on and have faith in god. You will definitely get what you deserve.
(My sincere apologies to Mr. Deserving and all CCI members, if i have offended them. Sorry, for such a rude expression of my opinion.)
