1. When is the last date to hold AGM,
2. Due date to file AOC 4
3. Due date to file MGT 7
can pls answer me mentioning the dates.
due date for AGM is 31st December 2019
after that within 30 days we want file AOC-4 and MGT -7 in 60days from the AGM
