u filed it late yar.. u shud hav regtd before 30 april,2007
but now ur attempt will be in nov09

i think ur eligible to write in may 2009 but its always advisable contact to icai

Saurabh is right...your attempt will due in NOv 09 i.e. Attempt next to date on which you complete your articleship of 2 years.
