what will be the due date of First Agm for Private limited company incorporated on 06 dec 2017.

Aoc-4 has been filed with due date of AGM as 30/09/2018. Please eloborate the consequences and remedies available with the company.

Due date of AGM would be 31st December,2018.You wrote it as 30th September,2018 in AOC 4 Form.

You can file GNL 2 to ractify the mistake.
