Due date of 31st March 2019

Yes... The GSTR 3B return due date is 31st Mar-19 for the period of Jul-sepc19...

20th of next month was deadline for every month-.Department has power to extend the deadline.

Due to practical issues several times deadline for filing various GST returns has been extended.

You might have read the theory .So the deadline need not be fixed for every month.
