Karnataka 20th every month for previous month
i think all the states follows the same check it

For Haryana State
If your tax liability was more than 1 lac in any last 3 years than due date of deposit tax is 15th for last month. We can submit return with in one month for last quarter ending.

Karnataka State:
VAT-100 -20th of Every month for Previous month
VAT-120(Composition Tax) - 15th of Every month for Previous month

Delhi/New Delhi- 28th days of next month for each quarter/month (for 30/09/2010 will be 28th Oct.2010), For Haryana and UP - 20th Day of Next Month

Could anyone please guide me ,what is the prescribed limit of filling of revised return under up vat.?
some one say's you can revise the return with in 6 months of date of filling..
but generally i know,it can be revised before ending of prescribed limit to filling the return for next period it means one month..ex. for june 2012 it can only be revised by 20th august .but
actually there is an error in return for the month of april or may....
please clearify this.......

UP VAT return filing due date is 20th of previous month and challan due date is 25th.

sir plz send details for payment of statutory payments (servicetax,vat,Provident Fund/Esi,Profissional Tax,)
in excel forment or any other formet for payment,due date,filling .penalty for late filling.

If due date falls on Sunday (20th of the Month), can VAT payment be made on the next day on 21st ? (for Karnataka VAT)
