What is date of Filing Income tax return to private limited companies to whom tax audit u/s44AB is not applicable ?

No Doubt .. 30th September
For assessee who has to get their accounts audited under ANY LAW, last date is 30th September. In respect of private limited companies, even though tax audit may not be applicable BUT Statutory Audit under Companies Act is mandatory.
Hence above is the last date.
