due date for filling GSTR-1
what is the due date for filling GSTR-1 for the period Aptil 2018 to feb 2018 without penalty and with penalty also. pls reply as soon as pissible.

File the GST 1 for period April, 18 till Sept, 18 before 31.3.19 and avoid paying penalty.
Post that you will have to pay penalty and file returns.
Also for period Oct, 18 till Feb, 19 there is no waiver and you will have to pay penalty on same while filing returns
