Friends is there any Due for fileing Audit Reports with Income tax department.

No due date for audit reports as such, but since ITRs need to be uploaded on or before 30 Sep, & they can only be uploaded if audit report is furnished/ uploaded, so implied date is 30 Sept. Hope its clear fr you.

For companies where there is TP regulations applicable the deu date is 30th November.
