Due date for audit reports

No due date for audit reports as such, but since ITRs need to be uploaded on or before 30 Sep, & they can only be uploaded if audit report is furnished/ uploaded, so implied date is 30 Sept. Hope its clear fr you.
For companies where there is TP regulations applicable the deu date is 30th November.
